an Introduction to Wellness

introduces you to true wellness, explaining the basis of your personal physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellness as well as the process of expanding your wellness through the expansion of your awareness.

The course requires no more than 20 minutes per day of studying, with 5 days of study per week over a period of 5 weeks. Each day's lesson includes both study material as well as an exercise to help you anchor each lesson in your mind.
